Not sure who to call ask friends, family or neighbors who they have used in the past and ask them if they would use that realtor again. Don't forget to ask them: How accessible was their agent when they called, Could they call them direct? How quickly did they call you back if they left a message? Did they communicate on a regular basis to follow up showings of their property? Another method of looking for an on the internet in your area!

You and your Real Estate Agent will be business partners in a single, significant transaction and you should choose your partner carefully. Don't settle for just any agent, make sure you find an agent that is willing to work with you, and listen to your ideas. Your home is the probably the single biggest asset you have, you need to have a strong experienced agent to sell your home. You wouldn't trust your health to a discount doctor, why put your single largest asset in the hands of a discount agent. Remember you get what you pay for!
